Mr. Christopher E. Bailey will speak on Intelligence Ethics.

 

Mr. Bailey is a program director and serves on the permanent faculty at the National Intelligence University (NIU), Defense Intelligence Agency. Mr. Bailey, an attorney and experienced intelligence officer, teaches graduate courses in National Security Law, Intelligence Ethics, National Security Process, Strategic and Leadership/Management. He is a retired U.S. Army officer with 30 years of service, including more than ten years of military intelligence, as well as deployments to Iraq and Uganda. After earning a J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Bailey practiced in California for more than a decade. He maintains his law license and is a member of the American Bar Association, National Security Law Division. Furthermore, Mr. Bailey has earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies from the Army War College and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College (NDIC). He is also a graduate of the NDIC’s Denial and Deception Advanced Studies Program. He writes regularly for military and intelligence publications. Mr. Bailey was NIU lead on a recent conference on intelligence ethics and a half-day follow-on gathering where General Clapper is expected to be a featured speaker.

From I-495:  Take the Route 123 exit toward McLean, turn right on Old Dominion Drive.  Pulcinella will be in the second block on your left.

 

From I-66:  Take I-495 north toward Maryland and then the Route 123 exit toward McLean.  Turn right on Old dominion Drive.  Pulcinella will be in the second block on your left.

 

From GW Parkway:  Take the 123 exit toward McLean and turn left on Old Dominion Drive.  Pulcinella will be in the second block on your left.

Parking: Pulcinella has a large parking lot.  You can park also in the Staybridge Hotel lot, diagonally across the street in the southwest corner of Old Dominion Drive and Beverly Road.
