Bio: Mr. Scott Page is a member of the Civil Service and has served as the Chief of Operations for the Office of International Security Operations, in the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, since June 2006. In part, he manages a 24/7 operation known as the Political-Military Action Team (PMAT) to coordinate military operations in support of foreign policy. This team is composed of retired Foreign Service Officers and retired military officers. Prior to assuming his current position at State, Mr. Page was known as Colonel Page, having served 30 years in the U.S. Army.
