The Foreign Area Officer Association (FAOA) invites you to our next Distinguished Speaker Luncheon on Thursday, 23 March at the Fort McNair Officers’ Club. The topic of our discussion will be Trends in US Efforts in Non-Proliferation and Threat Reduction and the Role of the Foreign Area Officer. Our guest of honor at the event will be Mr. Hunter Lutinski, J2-5 of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. As the DTRA J2-5, Mr. Lutinski is responsible for all intelligence analysis, planning, and security for America’s lead agency for Combatting Weapons of Mass Destruction. He has more than 25 years of experience negotiating, developing strategy, and managing the implementation of proliferation prevention programs.
