- On Site Project Manager for the evacuation of clients and their indigenous managers and families from Indonesia during the civil unrest, 15-20 May 1998.

- Project Manager for the first retail crime study conducted across ASEAN nations, study published by the Food Marketing Institute.

- Developed corporate security programs for multinational corporations overseas.

- Developed country risk analysis reports for clients in Asia.

- Developed employee policies and procedures.

June 1995 - June 1997: American Graduate School for international Management - Office of Admissions

- Developed, negotiated, and staffed an agreement between the U.S. Department of the Army and Thunderbird to train Army Foreign Area Officers prior to their assignment overseas.

- Developed, negotiated, and staffed agreements between ranking U.S./foreign undergraduate institutions and Thunderbird.

- Provided training to corporate executives.

- Evaluated and approved students for acceptance at Thunderbird.

- Served as recruiting representative at professional meetings and events.

1976- 1994: Department of Defense, U.S. Army

- Developed project management plans for XVIII Airborne Corps Artillery. Project included mobilization of over 8,000 soldiers and tens of thousands of tons of equipment in highly complex short response time crisis management.

- Project Manager responsible for simultaneously coordinating and hosting a Joint Chiefs of Staff conference and Department of Defense symposium attended by Deputy Undersecretaries of Defense, and over 100 attendees.

- Requested by name to develop and establish a prototype directorate for a senior headquarters. Served in a senior executive capacity.

- Controller for a Pacific Rim site, project manager for multiple budgets in excess of US $3 million.

- First in the Pacific to manage project budgets of over half a million dollars within a variance range of less than one percent of the authorized plan for two consecutive years.

- Provided project management leadership in a re-engineering effort that resulted in approximately a 10% increase in training programs.

- Project Manager for creation, coordination, and control of a five day training event for over 3,000 cross-functional individuals. Developed over 5,000 separate scenario events.

- Project Manager for professional development program for civilian analysts which became the model for other government organizations.

- Project Manager for 52 written market research assessments of Pacific Rim countries.

- Managed a diverse work force of 320 employees, and a professional staff of nine employees with postgraduate degrees.

- Project Manager for the design, production, and distribution of multi-media products to promote US policy abroad.

- Facilities Manager/Security Manager for an overseas office, eleven single family residences, and $20 million in property.

- Project Manager for the installation of a small office automation system.

- Logistics Manager for a 500 (+) employee organization.

Community Service: President of the Board of Trustees for an overseas recreation association. Supervised 200 Indonesian and expatriate employees and an operating budget of $1.5 million.
