Organizational Effectiveness Consultant: Hand-picked and formally trained inspector and analyst of human resources management, training, logistics and finance. Instituted a systemic inspection program for a 15,000-person organization. Authored a "Company Commander's Guidebook" for the Army following an exhaustive analysis of organizational efficiency indicators. Provided an in-depth study of a major U. S. military community in Germany.

Director of Training: Project planner and coordinator of Joint Chiefs of Staff sponsored training exercises involving hundreds of participants, computer simulations, and state-of-the-art communications networks. Responsible for two major military exercises for 1st U. S. Army Corps, one of which involved the Japanese military.

Logistics Manager: Supervised all maintenance, logistics, budgeting, and accounting for a 600-person combat organization.

Innovator: Assisted the Boeing Corporation of Seattle in designing and testing the "Avenger," now a major U. S. Army Air Defense system. Converted a drawing board concept to a functional prototype in less than a year. Helped establish the Defense Intelligence Network (DIN) for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), a classified intelligence broadcast for 1,000 key defense officials and 19 separate military commands.
