Executive Management

- Vast managerial experience as a serving officer through the rank of Colonel in the US Army.

- Led a six hundred-man organization in Germany and during Operations Desert Shield and Storm.

- Dean of Academics for a federally recognized graduate school of strategic studies. Faculty and staff of over 140 personnel and an annual budget of $20 million dollars.

- Served as Director for Defense Policy and Arms Control, National Security Council Staff with supervisory responsibility for coordination of U.S. conventional arms control policy towards Europe. Responsible specifically for arms control efforts as part of overall US/NATO policy during the Kosovo crisis.

Personnel and Resource Management

- Proven record in developing staff, motivating and leading people to attain goals. More than twenty years experience in both labor intensive and highly automated business offices.

- Selected and appointed key personnel to manage organizations varying in size from one hundred to six hundred.

- Developed and managed a multi-million dollar annual budget.
