Strategic CBRN Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide CBRN technical expertise, CWMD doctrinal and planning support, consequence of execution assessments, and CBRN hazard prediction analysis capabilities to determine worst case and most likely effects and assist with crisis action planning in developing courses of action for resolving CBRN situations. Ensure the Agency can provide trained, equipped, and organized CBRN advisory capabilities for DoD components, interagency partners, and operational commanders for anticipated or emergent requirements. Provide rapid, worldwide deployable, 24/7 operational, and technical expertise to augment CWMD Military Advisory Team (CMAT) Ready Teams and assist CBRN Response support to combatant commands and Joint task forces through onsite operational advice, training, exercises, and reach back.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience in a multidisciplinary CBRN team

-Experience with planning and execution of Joint CBRN defense training

-Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with subject matter expertise in support of the planning and execution of Joint CBRN defense training at the combatant commands, component commands, Joint task forces, or foreign partners

-Experience with CBRN technical expertise, CWMD doctrinal and planning support, consequence of execution assessments, and CBRN hazard prediction analysis capabilities to determine worst case or most likely effects

-Experience in assisting with crisis action planning in developing courses of action for resolving CBRN situations

-Experience with conducting research for use in a wide variety of technical publications

-Experience in coordinating with outside sources to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and complete, meets editorial guidelines and government specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style

-Knowledge of CBRN and allied fields in support of all customer mission

-oriented business functions, programs, or initiatives, including Multi

-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedure publications, Joint Publications, and Allied Technical Publications

-Knowledge of the development or enhancement of CBRN Defense, Combating WMD, CBRN Consequence Management (CM), Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA), and Medical CBRN Defense curriculum and wargaming, including operating and interpreting computer models on WMD incidents, such as prediction and post

-blast

-Ability to be in deployable status at least 1 month every 4 months

-Ability to deploy worldwide within 4 hours of notification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
