FAOA Distinguished Speaker Event 

The FAO Association (FAOA) would like to invite you to our next FAOA Distinguished Speaker Series event, which will be held on Thursday, 10 December 2015 and feature Ambassador C. Steven McGann, Deputy Commandant of the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy (formerly Industrial College of the Armed Forces--ICAF) at the National Defense University (NDU).

Ambassador McGann previously served as the U.S. Ambassador to Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Tonga, and Tuvalu from 2008 to 2011.

Ambassador McGann will be providing the attendees an update on the transformation from ICAF to the Eisenhower School, as well as the value of  FAOs (attaches and security cooperation officers) to the State Department and U.S. foreign policy and his perspective on the “Pacific Rebalance”
