The FAOA Annual Black Tie Dinner will take place on 20 May 2010 at the Army and Navy Club located at 901 17th Street NW, Washington DC

This is a formal "black tie" event. Military members are encouraged to wear their Mess Dress, others wear tuxedo/evening gown or other appropriate evening attire.

1. Parking - Valet parking is available/included (tips are not) and highly encouraged for the evening. Valet service does not begin until 6 p.m. If you arrive before then, you may end up paying! Simply pull into the circular drive in front of the Army and Navy Club (ANC). The ANC is located at 901 17th Street NW, Washington DC (this is NOT the Army Navy Country Club). For directions to the club, go to www.faoa.org and click on the link in the "Events" box. Click on the link with the club's address to open a map. 

2. The event is on the ground floor to the right in the Main Dining Room as you enter the ANC. Upon arrival, please check in with reception at the Main Dining Room entrance to confirm your meal choice, your seating and make any payment as needed. If you registered a guest, you are seated at the same table.

3. Coat check is available at the ANC Reception Desk to the left of the lobby.

1800 - Social Hour with Open Bar
1900 - Call to Dinner
1910 - Welcome and Toasts
1920 - Dinner
2030ish - Special Presentations
2045ish - Ambassador Crocker

The Open Bar will remain open throughout the evening. During the Social Hour and Dinner, music is provided by pianist and vocalist Michele Milano.
