Established in 1995 by a group of senior Army FAOs, the FAOA exists to foster community and networking opportunities. Since then, the scope of the FAOA has broadened as the DoD has broadened its requirements across the services to groom future cross-culture warriors. The FAOA now includes active members across all services and an increasing number of senior and retired FAOs.
We invite you to join in the conversation and the community. We have regular gatherings to reconnect with our brothers and sisters in arms and hear the perspective of senior leadership. Once a year we have a capstone, formal event to gather a larger group for a festive evening of revelry and to hear from a top-tier leader.
